I feel this is very racist, and that there was no need to go back to the old ways of society. Noboby says anything when a group of white people get a table. So why care if black people want to sit at a table. I feel that the resturant and the person who said they were threatened need to apoligize with the people and let them have their group at the resturant.

I Have A Dream Assignment

    “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.”

 

    I think it means that if the people stayed silent about the way they were treated they would never be able to move past, and achieve what they want. That they need ed to speak up and voice their opinion not keep it quiet. The quote applies because back then the blacks had no rights so they didn't speak up. But if they were quiet they wouldn't get the freedom they deserved. So, when they spoke up they received their freedom.

  Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. is talking about hte rights for the blacks of America. And how the whites had treated and degraded them for years. How the blacks deserve their freedom in their own land. How both blacks and whites are both equal. The reputation the whites gave the blacks made them look bad in the world.
  He speaks of how the blacks need to stand up against the whites. To fight for their rights. To go on strike, but not with violence but with soul.

1. Yes, I believe the two buys should be tried as adults, because they killed a Veteran that had done nothing to them.

2. I feel that if they can murder someone then their name can be announced. Besides they are being tried as adults when an adult does a crime their name is released.

3. Make sure that we can keep violence to minium.
