1.  Do you believe the police have the same rights to "snoop" in personal cell phone usage as the NSA does?  Or is this a separate entity with different rights?  
I don't feel that they do because there is not probable cause for them doing it.

 2. Do we live in a society where privacy is a thing of the past? 
I believe so with all these new ways to see others information.

3.  Why would they use this technique?
To see if there is extreme violent activity I guess.

 1.  Does the NSA have a right to collect your personal data without a search warrant or probable cause?  I feel that it depends on the situation like a terrorist or something but not like for everyday use.
2.  Why would these tech companies be against providing such said data? It could be incriminating information maybe?

If the crime is not to bad like robbing or something then  I don't see what the problem would be.

Like I said it depends on the crime if someone killed somebody then obviously no.
