BR-12/9/13

 1.  Does the NSA have a right to collect your personal data without a search warrant or probable cause?  I feel that it depends on the situation like a terrorist or something but not like for everyday use.
2.  Why would these tech companies be against providing such said data? It could be incriminating information maybe?
