Yes, because they bullied that girl until she killed herself and they even gave her ways to kill herself.

 2.  What is the difference between a misdemeanor and a felony?
Is like mild violence and a felony is serious violence with possible jail time.

 3.  What one thing do you think should be done to combat bullying?
Annual checks on posts by people online. By that I mean the states should check the sites to make sure there are no signs of bullying.
