Court tour

Ground Floor: press room is only used on days when Supreme Court releases opinions. Filing room over 8,000 petitions are sent in each year.

1st Floor: The Great Hall is used for memorial services for great justices. The Robe room is where Justices  put on their robes and shake hands and leave them room by rank.

2nd Floor: The John Marshall Dining Room is a private room just for the Justices. Justices Dining room is where they gather to have a informal but traditional lunch after a case.

3rd Floor: The SC Library contains the books of State and Federal Law.

Exterior: The Bronze Doors is a ceremonial opening to the Supreme Court.
