Inferior courts:

• Handle all the cases tried in federal courts
• District Court is a federal trial court
• There are 94 total district courts
• Multi judge panels more than one judge hears case
• FISA meet in secret
• Alien Terrorist from foreign country
• DC Jurisdiction hear both criminal or civil cases
• In a criminal case the U.S. is always the prosecutor
•   Final meeting cases start and end there
• If a party does appeal it goes to courts of appeal
• Each court has 6-28 judges
• Normally 3 judge panels
• Court of appeals hear all cases
• Court of international trade only tries civil cases
